On my old website, I used a third party reference, rating & review partner for convenience
Sometime earlier this year (2022) they must have closed their doors without prior notification.
Now, I'm unable to access my reviews and receive a delivery failure notice upon emailing

In short: all my reviews from this third party site are gone, say for the screenshot below
